Scott is the pension actuarial consultant for Tycor Benefit Administrators, Inc. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Actuarial Science, Scott has been accepted as a Fellow, Society of Actuaries since 1978. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries. He is an Enrolled Actuary with extensive experience in annual defined benefit valuations, benefit calculations, plan terminations, government filings, FASB 87/88 calculations and compliance issues.
