Professional Focus

• Marissa joined Tycor in 2011 as an Employee Benefits Specialist. She brings several years of employee benefit experience having worked for Aetna and Assurant Employee Benefits. In her role at Tycor, Marissa customizes employee benefit programs including group medical, dental, disability, and life. She works with employers to reduce escalating medical insurance premiums and professionally presents Consumer-Driven strategies utilizing HRA’s and/or HSA’s.

• Marissa applies her in-depth Dental, Life and Disability contract knowledge to ensure clients have the most appropriate coverage and is well versed in explaining key contract differences to clients and their employees.

• Marissa also conducts employee presentations and facilitates the client renewal process.
