Lois is the Employee Benefits Specialist for Tycor Benefit Administrators, Inc.
She holds a Health & Accident and Life & Annuities insurance license, Medicare Supplement Accredited Advisor designation, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU). Her education includes an Associates Degree in Business Management, Diploma from the Institute of Children’s Literature, Dale Carnegie Course, several management and sales training seminars, and numerous continuing education courses on employee benefits.

Lois has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Tycor in January 2002, she worked for several carriers in both supportive and leadership positions in the sales and service of employee benefits to small and medium size groups. Her responsibilities at Tycor include customer service, competitive analysis for new business and renewals, training and supervising.

When away from the office, Lois enjoys spending time with her grandson and traveling in her R.V.
